Our partner manufactures wooden dowels for the furniture industry. Accordingly high are the requirements for the processing and the dimensional accuracy of the round dowels.
Wood and furniture trade distribute these products under MAKE-SELF.DE online in small packaging units. Larger quantities on request.

The accuracy of wooden dowel depends on various factors.
What helps a precisely made wooden dowel if the used beech wood was not enough dried?
Wood works, so that a dowel is subject to these fluctuations.
If the wood was too quickly dried down or processed too wet wood, this dowel will change proportionally strong.

We do not rely on people who have to do this work (usually in low-wage countries) throughout the day, but manufacture on modern facilities with image monitoring paired with sorting systems which ultimately allows trouble-free processing of the dowels in automatic dowel systems in the furniture industry.
• 100% inspection for cracks and dimensional deviations are standard with our dowels.

The beech wood of the wooden dowels is beaten and sawn in sustainably managed forest areas near the dowel production site. As a result, short transport routes are garatted.
